The Verus Bonifatius Clinic in Bad Salzschlirf is a privately run family therapy clinic that treats patients covered by all private and statutory health insurance schemes. The focus of treatment is on psychiatry and psychotherapy for children, adolescents and adults. We stand for high-quality, modern and patient-centred care in a familiar and appreciative setting. Our treatment focuses in the area of children and adolescents are primarily on emotional disorders, separation anxiety, school avoidance, depression, anxiety and obsessive-compulsive disorders, hyperkinetic disorders and autism spectrum disorders.
In the adult sector, we mainly treat affective disorders, post-traumatic stress disorders, obsessive-compulsive and anxiety disorders, somatoform disorders, ADHD and autism in adulthood.
Your responsibilities
Sie übernehmen die eigenverantwortliche, fachärztliche Behandlung unserer Patientinnen und Patienten, einschließlich der Behandlungsplanung und der Arbeit mit begleitenden Diensten. Dabei führen und koordinieren Sie das multiprofessionelle Team aus ärztlichen und therapeutischen Mitarbeitenden und bringen sich aktiv in die konzeptionelle Weiterentwicklung unserer neugegründeten Familienklinik ein. Die Teilnahme am ärztlichen Rufbereitschaftsdienst gehört ebenfalls zu Ihrem Aufgabenbereich.
Was wünschen wir uns?
• Specialist certification in psychiatry and psychotherapy and/or psychosomatic medicine and psychotherapy
• Relevant professional experience in the clinical field, preferably in a management position
• Sound therapeutic expertise in diagnostics, intervention and treatment planning
• Willingness and motivation to work with children, adolescents and adults
• Leadership skills, sense of responsibility and structured working style
• Strong communication skills and professional demeanour
• High degree of reflective ability, resilience and commitment

You will be responsible for the specialist medical treatment of our patients, including treatment planning and working with accompanying services. You will work in a multi-professional team of medical and therapeutic staff and play an active role. Participation in the medical on-call service is also part of your responsibilities.
