The Verus Bonifatius Hospital, specialist hospital for parent-child therapies, is pleased to announce the arrival of its new Chief Physician, Mr Thorsten Roland. Mr Roland took up his post on 1 April 2024 and brings with him a wealth of experience and expertise in the field of child and adolescent psychiatry.<\/p>\n

With his specialist training in child and adolescent psychiatry and psychotherapy as well as his further training as an expert in forensic child and adolescent psychiatry, Mr Roland is an expert in his field. His most recent positions in leading positions at renowned child and adolescent psychiatric centres underline his professional expertise and his commitment to improving the mental health of children and adolescents.<\/p>\n

Particularly noteworthy is Mr Roland’s psychotherapeutic focus on depth psychology as well as his activities as a supervisor for child and adolescent psychotherapists and his further training as a child protection physician. These experiences and commitments make him a valuable addition to the team at the Verus Bonifatius Hospital. In his new role as head physician, Mr Roland is looking forward to further developing the clinic’s structures and creating optimal conditions for the successful treatment of his young patients. In particular, he emphasises the importance of an individualised therapeutic approach, especially for inter-family issues and interactions, particularly in the case of single parents. In future, he will work in tandem with the head physician, Dr medic. G\u00fcnther Mild, who is responsible for the care of adults.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=”1\/2″][vc_column_text]The Verus Bonifatius Private Hospital is known for its holistic and competent treatment of mental illnesses and the associated problems of parents and children.
